Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Melia Genova was mostly fantastic. I was thrilled with the upgrade to a junior suite, and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a wonderful variety and some perfectly cooked eggs. However, the Wi-Fi could be unreliable at times, which was a bit frustrating during my stay.
My stay at Melia Genoa was enjoyable overall, with the staff being exceptionally friendly and helpful. I appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and the comfortable room. However, the check-in process felt a bit complicated, and the pool area was smaller than I anticipated. Still, I would recommend this hotel to others exploring Genoa.
I had a lovely stay at Melia Genova. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy for me to explore Genoa's attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, although my experience with the dining service left a bit to be desired due to some miscommunication. Overall, I enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel, which made my trip nice! 😊
I had mixed feelings about my stay at Melia Genova. While I appreciated the friendly staff and the inviting atmosphere of the hotel, I encountered a few significant issues, particularly with the pool and air conditioning. The location is convenient for accessing local attractions, but the overall experience was not quite as luxurious as I anticipated.
My stay at Melia Genoa was a mixed bag. I experienced really good service from some of the staff, particularly when they helped with my car. However, the restaurant service was poor, especially during dinner when my wife's dietary needs were not met properly. The room was spacious and clean, contributing to a comfortable stay, yet the overall experience didn't quite reach the high expectations I had.
